more about me

entrepreneur • graphic & web designer • photographer • artist • strategist • creative problem solver

As a creative entrepreneur with experience spanning industries like travel, entertainment, media, retail and food, I have honed a spectrum of skills to drive business growth across sectors. With skills ranging from photography and design to customer service, event planning, business management and bookkeeping, I’ve helped companies and clients attract more attention, uncover new efficiencies, and better serve their customers around the globe.

Ever since my first trip abroad in middle school, I’ve been traveling around the world offering my creativity to international clientele. Whether working as a bilingual travel guide leading trips overseas or capturing people and places along the way as a travel photographer, I’m comfortable collaborating and communicating with diverse multinational teams.

My event planning experience spans the globe, from international fundraising events and group travel activities abroad, all the way to my hometown in Indiana, where I help organize an annual festival that attracts more than 80,000 people every year.

My career has been accentuated by my adventurous spirit for charging into new situations and finding innovative ways to add value. As a creative problem solver, I’m adept at identifying patterns and strategically designing more efficient solutions. Whether I’m managing teams of travelers or truckloads of inventory, I can navigate obstacles by combining my organizational skills with my fearless creativity.

With more than 16 years of experience running my own business, I’m accustomed to juggling multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously. By blending this entrepreneurial drive with my collaborative attitude as part of a winning team, I’m ready to embark on my next adventure.

I am based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and accepting work worldwide.

28 countries/territories visited and counting! These are countries I’ve visited outside of the airport, because let’s face it, if you don’t go outside the airport, it doesn’t count as a country visited. The countries in bold are ones where I have spent one month or more at a time.
